The video above is self explanatory, but I'd welcome comments if you've found a better way to extract the phone - or if you've hit any issues with using the Grip in the first place. I'm still not convinced that it's a must-have accessory here, as per my concerns in the original review.

The Nokia PD-95G Camera Grip is all very well - you'll have seen my textual review of it here, but extracting the phone from the Grip's clutches again after use isn't trivial and it's very easy to break a fingernail or two. However, as with most things, there's a knack to it, which I thought would be best demonstrated in video form below.
