This app contains ratings and various data for more than 15,000 nursing homes in the USA.

The app will help you find the most suitable nursing home for your loved ones. You can look at various ratings, address, phone number, and other information including if it's located within a hospital, if it's covered under Medicare and/or Medicaid, the number of residents and beds, etc.

The app contains data from Data.Medicare.Gov, and presents the data in more user friendly manner. You do not need to be connected as the data is stored locally. New versions will be released with more up-to-date data as it becomes available.

You can browse by States and search for the state you are looking for. You can search for the nursing home provider, city, address within the state as well. You can sort by name or by rating of the nursing homes within a state.
