Engineering application to use in machine balancing to correct the unbalance problem of rotating machines..

Viblance will be a useful tools in field machine balancing.

Viblance calculates the position and size of correction weight, recommend trial weights, solution for splitting the correction weight and save all your balancing jobs information.

This application will used together with vibration analyzer and tachometer for read the phase reference.

The measured vibration amplitude and phase from vibration analyzer will be used as input data of this application.

Three point balancing method does not require the vibration phase measurement.

Features

Ability to select the different of balancing methods included single plane, two plane, three point single plane and three point two plane balancing.

Ability to adjust the trial weight at any degree or at any blade or rotor segment.

Ability to calculate trim weight.

Ability to add your job images of plant or factory, machines, area of your work.

Ability to save the map location of your balancing job places.

Ability to backup your data includes images and restore your data back easily by using the SkyDrive services.

Help and examples included in the application

Viblance provides the vector graphic of trial weight effect for each run and table of calculation result for correction solution.
