UK based newspaper The Guardian has announced the availabilty of their Windows Phone application in the Marketplace. Offering the majority of the content from their website in a custom built application, their Windows Phone app features Live Tile support for categories and sections, streaming audio from the Guardian's wide range of media, and customised browsing through the content.

Developed internally, this is an online application, but articles you view are cached. Suggestions for improvement are being called for on the annoucnement - hopefully a "download articles for later reading off-line" option is on the road map!
