It doesn't appear to be a full UK release in the way that the HTC Radar will get, but Expansys have a long and trustworthy record of getting tech like this into the hands of people who want it. The Allegro sports a 3.6 inch LCD screen, a 1Ghz processor, 8GB of storage and a 1300mAh battery.
Wherever the device does go on sale, it's going to be in direct price competition with the Nokia 710 and for only a little bit more you can pick up the HTC Radar. In any business space though, competition is a good thing, driving innovation from all manufactures, which benefits the user in the long term.
