Nokia to be a big name at CES 2012

You don't sponsor the South Hall at CES for nothing, so it would be fair to say that Nokia will be at CES in force. They're also running their own booth - last year they had a meeting room and pitched the Qt developer environment. I wonder if they have anything to announce this year?

There's rumour and speculation out there on handsets, partners, functionality, and everything else in between, so there's no need for All About Windows Phone to magnify the echoes. What we do know from Nokia World is handsets are destined for America in early 2012. Given the production time, we would speculate that they would be based on the Nokia Lumia 800 and 710 handsets that were displayed in London. And when you look at the US mobile market, they need a strong carrier partner to have any sort of impact.

No matter what, CES 2012 should be fun for Windows Phone fans!
