Do you want to change the world while programming your Windows Phone? If so, Microsoft's Image Cup could be for you. An international student developers competition, with strands for Windows Phone and Windows Azure developers, there are places on offer for a trip to the Final in Sydney, Australia in July as well as grants, cash, and other prizes. Given Nokia is a sponsor of the Windows Phone track, there might be a Lumia or two in there.

Details on registering for the Imagine Cup 2012 can be found here. You've got till the 13th of March next year to submit your Application Summary and SketchFlow prototype, and the final app by the 3rd of May 2012.
