WeeWorld, one of the established avatar creation systems, have updated their Windows Phone application to v1.1. The app allows you to create and mange a collection WeeMee avatars on your handset, sharing them on Facebook and Twitter, and assigning the avatar to your contacts.

Naturally it's a very graphical application, and it makes good use both of the Metro UI panorama and a dedicated "wardrobe" screen to do the customisation.
