Indie developer Igor Kulman has released a new way to look at the pictures on your Windows Phone with his release of Photo Timeline. But it's not just a timeline that works (unlike Facebook's classy redesign), it also allows you to browse through a "month on a page" calendar view, and if you have geo-tags on your images, a map based view as well.

I love the little note when you first run the application that lets you know it will take a bit longer to index all your photos the first time round, and it wil be quicker on subsequent runs. That's smart UI, letting the user know what's going on in the first vital thirty seconds experience of the application.
