The offer is only for new purchases, and the inclusion of the Lumia 900 in the terms and conditions points to an imminent UK release (at least before the closing date of 31st May 2012). After sending the text from your handset, you need to wait for 28 days to pass after your purchase before you can order your headphones.

The offer allows one pair of headphones per purchase, and a maximum of three per household. It's also "while stocks last" so if you do pick up a new qualifying Lumia handset sign up by texting LUMIAMONSTER to 64446, wait 28 days, and complete the process on the website.
