Adding a "+" sign to the end of the domain brings up an analytics page, allowing you to see the link's popularity, and adding ".qrcode" instead brings up a QR Code for the URL, which all smartphones have apps for, but Windows Phone 7 has native support.
Microsoft is also supporting Facebook's OpenGraph protocol so that links shared there will be properly previded in users' news feed.
SkyDrive and OpenGraph
As mentioned above, images shared from your Windows Phone 7 device to Twitter will now feature the sdrv.ms domain. However, Twitter still does not support this URL so don't expect to see SkyDrive thumbnails on Twitter.com or other third party apps.
