Once you've lined the app to your Twitter account tweets are shown with accompanying user profile pictures in a constantly updated stream. Flowtweet includes a media viewer for a number of popular Twitter image hosts (Twitter, yFrod, TwitPic), so that you can easily view images associated with a tweet. To post a new tweet simply swipe to the left and enter a status updates into the text box provided.
And that's all there really is... but this simplicity is part of the appeal. Flowtweet is clearly intended to deliver an automatically updated stream of tweets as simply as possible. Indeed, you might think of it as a "Twitter Wall" app for your phone. To that end, it would be good to see an update to the app to add an option to disable the lock screen from within the app, so that use as a secondary screen (e.g. sitting on your desk) would become a practical option.
