The app's opening panorama has page for my trips (saved flights, see below), arrivals (list of incoming flights), departures (outgoing flights) and more (menu list for find flight, journey planner, book car parking and airport info). The departures and arrivals pages list flights for the next six hours or so, but the flind flight tool (more page) can be used to search for flights further into the future (search by city, airline and date).
Tapping on a flight in any list view opens a dedicated panorama for that flight, with pages for flight details (live status information, terminal information, timing details), to/from (plan journey to or from airport), parking (make a note of where you have left your car with option photo and location tagging), weather (five day forecast for destination) and city guide.
The city guide section includes a great deal of useful information, with sections on attractions, climate, currency, visas, transport, health, useful contacts, airports and more. Together with the weather section it's really good enough to be an app on its own, acting as mini-travel guide for a hundred plus destinations around the world.
From the flight details page you can use the plus button on the toolbar to add the flight to the "my flights" (shown on the first page of the opening panorama), allowing quick access to the flight status, city guide and related information that you are most interested in. It's a good example of the careful thought and attention to detail that has gone into creating this exemplary app.
As mentioned above the more page of the main panorama gives access to additional useful fucntaionality and information. Journey planner aims to make it easier to get to and from the airport, with a built in search for public transport, and a link out to the built in Maps app for driving directions. Book car parking is a simple link to a mobile website, but is still a handy extra.
The stand out section though is airport info, a comprehensive guide to the airport. Each terminal gets in own section with detailed maps, a search tool and information on shops, restaurant, parking, baggage, security, and other services. Each shop, service, and restaurant gets a details page with a description, information on opening times and a link to show its location of the terminal maps.
