Sally's Spa follows the same format as the previous title, where you guide customers through a location - the titular spa in this game - and the various 'stations' where you can get your nails and hair done, touch up makeup, and then pay for it all at the end of their time in the spa. The twist in the game comes with managing your staff so customers are not upset at having to wait for a nail station to become free, but not having them queue for so long that they get frustrated and leave.
As you can imagine, as word of your successful spa spreads, more customers will be coming to you, with ever more complicated demands. Can you keep pace with equipment, staff, and your management skills and grow the empire (err... advance to the next level)?
