Following its release in July, Nimbuzz Messenger on Windows Phone has picked up a new best friend... Nokia. Nimbuzz will now be made available to all Nokia Lumia and Windows Phone smartphones. Whether this is simply listing the app as part of the Nokia Collection in the marketplace, or bundled as one of the initial applications loaded on to new devices is not clear. What is clear is that Nimbuzz is continuing to grow on all smartphone platforms, including Windows Phone.

Today in partnership with Nokia, Nimbuzz... is pleased to announce the launch of Nimbuzz Messenger, designed specifically for Nokia's Lumia Series Phones. Developed with direct design input from the Nokia team, this Version of Nimbuzz Messenger for Windows Mobile 7 has been built to take full advantage of the harware and design astetic offered by the Nokia Lumia series.

If you already use Nimbuzz on another platform, logging on with your Nimbuzz account will set up the other accounts on your Windows Phone handset, other wise it's a relatively painless process to register an account and log on to your other networks from within the app.
