Explore deviantArt submissions with Tola

Published by at

Tola is an unofficial deviantART explorer for Windows Phone 7.5 devices, allowing you to view and search for art submissions collected on one of the Internet's biggest creative communities. The app lets you view your favourite pieces of art on your phone, browse new pieces by rating (top) or category, or search for a particular topic by keyword.

deviantART is an online community where it users show case their own artwork, ranging from traditional media, such as painting and sculpture, to digital art, pixel art, films and anime. The community has more than 19 million registered members and attracts more than 45 million unique visitors per month. More than 100,000 art submissions are uploaded everyday.

Tola should be welcome by members of the deviantART community as a fast and convenient way to keep up with the never ending stream of submission to the site.

You can, of course, access the same content found in the app via Internet Explorer, but Tola is a good example of a website client app that offers a simplified and more streamlined content consumption experience than the browser.
