Adobe's Typekit officially available on Windows Phone 8

Many designers and developers on the web rely on Adobe's Typekit for the fonts they use online. With over 700 fonts in the library, it provides a toolbox of rich visual fonts that bring the same richness of print design to the web. And they've just announced that Windows Phone 8 is now officially supported by Typekit.

From the Typekit blog post announcing the details:

It comes with a long list of new features, but we’re most excited about the new web browser: a new mobile version of Internet Explorer 10 that finally brings support for web fonts and the standard WOFF font format to Windows Phone. Today, we’re announcing official Typekit support for Windows Phone 8 and up.

Designers and developers can easily add Windows Phone 8 support to their published sites by simiply logging on to typekit.com and hitting the republish button. Rafe's already done that with All About Windows Phone (which uses Typekit) so those of you with a Windows Phone 8 handset should be seeing the positive impact this has on our design.
