The eight episode of the fourth season of the 361 Degrees Podcast is something of a Christmas special. Each of the team, with apologies to Father Christmas, nominate one mobile related company or news item for the "nice" category, and one for the "naughty" category. There some familiar faces in the frame as the naughty nominations edge close to the unrestrained rant category, but also some potential heroes amongst the nice nominations.

• Ewan celebrates 'Snapchat' and puts Apple on the naughty step.
• Ben enthuses about 'good' high-speed 3G and savages Vodafone's SureSignal.
• Rafe dreams of a winter wonderland without handset subsidies and puts coal in Google's stocking for the loss of Exchange ActiveSync for Gmail users.
