Writing on Baconit's Reddit channel, Damerell points out the major changes, and we've also listed the changes to 2.5, that was released last week, but didn't include the free WP8 client - as Damerell points out you can't 'stack' uploads to the Windows Store, so he had to wait for the first update to be accepted before the missing WP8 version could be uploaded.

Both versions are fully functional, althought the 'donation' version will help support Damerell's continued development of the application, which has been impressive over the last year. And of course there's lots of discussion about the client over on reddit.com/r/baconit.
