Low cost airline Easyjet have released a Flight Tracker application for the airline's regular scheduled flights. It allows you to search for a specific flight or route, save any of these as a favourite, and see the current timing data for each flight.

This is a useful app, especially for regular travellers on Easyjet flights. It's also clearly a 'first Windows Phone app' as there are a number of areas that regular Windows Phone users would expect to see. Take the list of favourite flights and routes, I'd expect these to have Live Tile support, along with pinning a single flight to your start screen for quick access.

There's no integration with ticketing or purchasing in this application. I suspect that Easyjet have went for an easily achievable target in this application.

Hopefully Easyjet will see a strong adoption of the app and look to bring more features to Windows Phone in the future.
