Music subscription service Rhapshody updates client for Windows Phone 8

Published by at

It's been a good month for music lovers on Windows Phone 8. Joining an updated version of Spotify earlier in February is a new version of music subscription service Rhapsody (reports the official Windows Phone blog). The Windows Phone app allows you to work with your existing 'personal stations' of music, playlists, and selected music that you have curated on your account through other platforms, such as the XBox 360 client.

Features of the client include:

  • Listen to downloaded playlists, albums and songs without a connection.
  • Do more with My Music
    • View your music library
    • Save artists, albums and tracks to My Music
    • Access My Music from any Rhapsody-supported device
  • Be the first to hear new releases from your favorite artists.
  • Explore any genre in depth with stations, new releases and top tracks.
  • See what’s popular on Rhapsody.
  • Relax with Rhapsody radio. Pick from artist, genre, or theme-based stations. No ads!
  • Build playlists on Rhapsody.com and they will automatically appear on your Windows Phone.
