TinyPlane is an infinite scrolling game, putting you in charge of a light aircraft looking to pick up as many coins and fruit in the sky, while avoiding the dark clouds that steal your coins. And you need to keep an eye on your fuel and land at the airports that occasionally appear so you can keep moving forward.
I'd recommend you pick up the demo on this, as the view is very tight so you can't see very far in front of you. That's a bit of a mood killer for me, but I know a number of gamers like that sort of style.
Dream Track Nation is another vehicle based game with just a few controls. Rather than an aircraft, you have a number of modes of transport to drive around, and in addition to accelerate and brake, you can spin the car around nose over tail with amazing accuracy. And you'll need to to keep the tyres on the ground, or make a good landing after a long jump from a cliff.
Using tilt and on-screen controls,. Dream Track is probably the more accessible game of the two, although I the graphics feel very dated with little effort put into them.
