I jest in part, but it's software like this that helps build up a platform,. For the vast majority of Windows Phone users (potential and existing) this app will do absolutely nothing for then. For a handful of people, it's going to have 'killer app' written all over it.
Yes, the average Windows Phone user only needs a handful of apps, but it's finding the right handful that counts, and having niche apps and clients in the mix will help that immensely.
It's also nice that the app fits in well with the Windows Phone Design Language, and by focusing on rich typographically based pictures, it looks really slick and arty.
