Details from the Allview site, summarised here.
First, launching in August at 170 Euros, is the Impera S, with a 5" 720p IPS display and a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU paired with 1GB of RAM. 8GB storage, dual-SIM 3G (Romania does have 4G, so this underlines the unambitious ambitions here), with 8MP main camera:
Second up is the AllView Impera I, with a 4.7" 720p IPS display but otherwise identical internals to the 'S', it seems, though we don't yet know battery specs:
The Impera I should come in slightly cheaper than the 'S'. Interestingly, both feature physical/capacitive controls, rather than the virtual controls that Nokia/Microsoft has been experimenting with.
The recent flood of licensees has been notable, now that Windows Phone is on a level playing field with Android in terms of license fees. In terms of availability, everyone's now waiting for WP 8.1 to be finalised and doing last minute testing, I suspect. The Autumn should see a lot of new Windows Phone-powered hardware hit worldwide markets.
