Production values are very high across the Toca Boca range, whichever platform you're looking at. Do note that they're commercial titles at a couple of quid each and that there are no trial versions. Still, quality is guaranteed and I know that my 3 year old niece loves playing with Toca Boca titles on our iPad.
From the Store descriptions for Toca Hair Salon 2 and Toca Kitchen:
In this kid-friendly, super-creative app, you get to run your very own hair salon, with six fun characters to choose from. Cut, colour and style any way you want, using lots of different tools – from a simple comb and scissors to a curling iron and a straightener. Trim mustaches, spray mohawks bright pink and give someone the curls they’ve always wanted!

Toca Kitchen is not a game - it's a toy where you and your kids get to explore cooking. What happens if you mix a carrot and then fry it? Will the cat like it? And what is the bull's favorite food? Toca Kitchen supports free play for all ages and is a great way to use your imagination.
(Ignore the Store entry for 'Toca Tailor' - that's a fake from another developer.)
Of special note is that by sticking to commercial titles at £2 each, there are no in-app-purchases or ads for unwary little fingers to tap on, both banes of parents worldwide. It's a business model that I wholeheartedly approve of, for families.
Albeit demonstrated on Android and iOS, you can see the gameplay here, in these two videos:
