Microsoft's Future Decoded (annual) conference is only a couple of weeks away and there's an official UWP application for all those with Windows 10 phones and tablets/hybrids. With details on sessions, travel and even personalised messaging, it's worth grabbing if you're planning on attending. And perhaps indulging in that most pleasant of pastimes, Rafe-spotting!
Download the official app for Microsoft Future Decoded. Back for the fourth year running, join us at ExCel London on 31st October and 1st November, for an inspired vision of the modern digital business for today and tomorrow.
Here's the Future Decoded UWP app in action on my Lumia 950 - it's heavily HTML5-based and uses much of the content used on the web, of course. It's the future (decoded), I tell you....!
Could it be that the dev kit that converts web sites to Windows 10 UWP applications here is French? Hmm..... 'Chargement', etc.... The event itself is well represented here, held in the ExCeL complex in Docklands.
Everything you might need? Including speaker details, I wonder whether Panos Panay will pull something exciting from his jacket again? (answer: no)
Running through the day themes and individual sessions. Yes, yes, I know you simply can't wait for some of these. Me? I'll catch the highlights via any press releases, I think!
Some of the many sponsors and companies exhibiting and presenting; (right) where to find it. My least favourite venue to get to in London, by the way. Saved only by being able to plane spot at London City Airport!
