At its most basic, Crypto Chart UWP presents the raw numbers - the market value of each crypto-currency, what it's done over the last 24 hours and the volume traded. As here, the currencies can be shown in grid or list views...
Your starred currencies are 'featured', if you want a much less cluttered view - and you also then get charts, showing any trends; (right) this also applies to the 'portfolio' view, showing the value of your current holdings (here showing a made up Bitcoin stash, since I'd already sold most of mine - curses!), with a handy choice of time bases, just tap on the one you want to use.
Picking the traditional currencies you're most interested in (in addition to the two main cryptos); (right) note the live tile, shown bottom right, with chart and stats on your featured/starred crypto-currencies, it cycles between them - nicely done!
On a Continuum or Surface display, there's a lot more room for... more and more numbers and charts!!
You can grab this free from the Store for (Windows 10 Mobile) phone, hybrid or desktop. It's very well programed indeed and highly recommended.
