Bike sharing isn't something that's huge in the UK yet, it's just on trial in a few cities. But the situation may be different where you are in the world, hence my highlighting this useful Progressive Web Application.
Ride is the beautiful multi city bike share app showing you realtime information about the bike share scheme in your city.
The URL to tap on or type is www.ride-app.com. If you have trouble with typing that (or if your ISP messes it up, use the direct link from Appscope and then bookmark that, etc.)
Of course, you can turn this into an 'app' yourself with PAWA or just pin it 'as is' on your Start screen. It's up to you.
Here's Ride in action:
The map view lets you pan and zoom to find bike bays/stations - tap any to bring up current stats. In the south of the UK, I could only find Slough! Hopefully bike sharing is a 'thing' more wherever you are in the world! (right) there's also a sorted list of bays and stats, though as you can see from the distances (small, grey), there's nothing remotely near me!
