We reviewed Hidden Pineapple's Twitter client Rowi back in November, and since then it has went though many updates. It's up to v2.1, with support for multiple accounts, Tweetmarker, and various bug fixes.

The current feature list is

• (PAID ONLY) Configurable push notifications on your live tile and toast notifications for mentions and messages.
• Pin nearly anything in Rowi to your Windows Phone start screen.
• And all the other features you expect in a fast and easy to use Twitter client
