Rich Capture presets removed, image blends all down to you now!

In a move that surprised no one, Microsoft's Photos Plug-in for Windows 10 Mobile has been simplified. Previously, you'd go into a 'Rich Captured' photo to 'Choose Best Lighting' and would have to skip past 'No HDR' (or 'No Flash'), and two other presets in order to get to the 'fun bit', 'Customize', being able to run that little slider up and down to work out the best combination of shots for maximum effect. With today's update for Photos Plug-in in the Store, heading into Rich Capture editing takes you straight to Customize. Phew!

Here's the link you need, though doubtless you have this installed already - just update it in the Store as usual.

After taking a Rich Capture photo and tapping on 'Choose Best Lighting', you'll now be taken straight to:

Screenshot, Photos plug-in

Much smoother, faster and easier. And, if you DO want 'no HDR' or 'Artistic HDR', just run the slider to the bottom or top, respectively!

Comments welcome if you disagree with this UI simplification. Oh, and by the way... you're wrong!

PS. Note that Photos plug-in also handles 'Moment capture' from videos, so it's becoming quite a useful little imaging extension to Windows 10 Mobile.
