We've seen several UWP audio book readers this year for Windows 10 Mobile (not least Booxio) and... here's another! Small, minimalist and simple, here's BookListener.

As usual, I gave this a spin on my Lumia 950 XL:

Sourcing some free audiobooks online (librivox is a good place to start) and unzipping the downloaded file onto my microSD card.

Then point BookListener to this location, adding it to your 'folders' and then the tracks/chapters are automatically queued and played. Simple! You can have artwork, but you need to add it yourself - you'd have thought that a default pretty background might help avoid the current 'void' look?(!)

Apart from the ability to change the theme and language, there's really nothing of note here other than playing back the audio files and remembering where you got to. But that may, indeed, be all you want?
