Not phone-related, but very definitely Windows and Microsoft-related, the new Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 are available starting today in Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. They were originally announced two weeks ago. See below for UK pricing. Externally, both devices now come with a matt black option. Internally, there are Intel 8th Gen processors, meaning that the Surface Pro 6 is now 67% faster than the 2017 model, while the Surface Laptop 2 is 85% faster.
While the Surface Laptop 2 starts at £979 inc VAT and goes up to a whopping £2529, for the 16GB RAM, core i7, 1TB storage option.
The pricing of these Surface models is undoubtedly high, though the base 8GB RAM options will be fine for most people - there's no clunker in the options line-up.
