Microsoft didn't live stream its recent Surface event, but a couple of short video sequences have (ahem) surfaced on the company's official YouTube channel with Panos Panay introducing the two main devices. Perhaps it's just me, but I find his manner a little frightening - so intense! A cross between a stage hypnotist and a school headmaster... Regardless, it makes riveting watching, see what you think!

You'll remember that we covered the launch of the Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2 here a couple of weeks ago? They look tremendous, though it's also worth noting that they're virtually disaposable in terms of repairability, it's a little scary to read this and this.
