Carcassonne

From our review:

Carcassonne has been a long time coming, and it is not a disappointment. It's not perfect, as anyone trying the online multiplayer will see, but everything you would expect is here. A faster AI implementation might be nice as it can get quite slow when playing a five player game against the strongest AI versions, but the AI's are beatable at each level, although not easily so. That's a great feeling to have when playing.

Carcassonne looks great, plays very well, and brings the board game to Windows Phone without any silly little tweaks, animations, or 'developer driven improvements'. It does have initial difficulty, and that may put some people off this title, but if you can get past that moment you'll find a rich and rewarding gaming experience.

Cracking Sands

From our review:

Overall though, there is far more 'win' on show here than in any other mobile Kart game. It's not perfect and there is room for improvement, notably in the AI of the computer controlled karts, they seem to like slowing down if they get too far ahead of you, letting you catch up. But it's fun to play, it's fast and graphically smooth, and it has all the requisite gunfire sound effects, crackles of electricity and tiny putt-putt engines, to pull you into the racing world of Cracking Sands.

Gravity Guy

From our review:

Sometimes it is really easy to label a game as in a specific genre and not look beyond that. Gravity Guy is a case in point. It's a single button arcade game (as with many such titles, tapping the screen does the action) and it's a "run as fast as you can while not getting caught and avoiding obstacles" game. But at the same time it's a platformer that needs split second accuracy to make the best of the potential jumps you can make, without having an actual jump key. And I love it.

Mush

From our review:

Mush is a wonderful twist on the platform genre, and one that I'm really happy to see getting some attention. Developed in part through the UK's 'Dare to be Digital' computer games design contest for students, Mush was one of three winning games in 2012, picking up a BAFTA 'one to watch' nomination. It's great to see developers Angry Mango reach the commercial world through this Xbox Live title, and to do it with such a unique style of game.
