You know when you are out carol-singing at this time of year, and you suddenly realise you need a little bit more sleigh bells? What are you to do? There isn't a Musical Christmas supplies shop close by! That's when you reach for 'Sleigh Bells Ring' on your Windows Phone.

Yes it's a noise-maker application, but it's one that's very appropriate for the time of year, and I love that to trigger the noise of the bells you have to shake your phone, just as you would with physical bells. there is an on-screen button to trigger some audio, but it's not the audio of the bells. No it's a hearty "Ho-ho-ho!" presumably from Father Christmas.

An app that needs to do one thing well (which it does), has a little bonus, and is exactly what is needed in December. Perfect!
