The game's atmospheric graphics use a 4 layer parallax scrolling effect to create a feeling of 3D depth. Special graphics effects include bloom, blur, slo-mo bullet time and screen space deformation; there's also a particle system for simulating fire, blood and muzzle flash lighting effects, and, on 2nd generation devices (1.4GHz processors), a fog system. Coupled with a soundtrack that has been written especially for the game, you get one of the most immersive game experiences we've seen on a Windows Phone device.
And, as you might expect, the hungry-for-flesh zombies are waiting to get you at every turn. Fortunately you have access to 8 weapons with different attack types and special moves. On screen controls make it easy to hack, slash and generally dismember the attacking hordes.
Here's publisher's DevRainSolutions's video trailer for Undead Carnage: Redemption. Be warned, the second half of this video is not for the faint of heart, things get rather bloody. That's also reflected in the games Mature rating (suitable for 16+ years only).
Do you believe in walking dead? Freddie didn’t either… Until one day he faced the threat to be swallowed by them.
This is a story of an ordinary guy like any of us. The day he returned to his native town to visit the grave of his wife had changed his life forever. The earth cracked and man-flesh hungry walking dead began flooding the tranquil cemetery. The best moment to rethink all of your damn life… Wouldn’t you agree?
… He had nothing left than to make them die a second time…
Atmospheric locations, angry and hungry for flesh zombies, immersive gameplay, amazing graphics and total carnage coupled with fantastic soundtracks written especially for this game and for unique situations in it will not leave you disappointed.
