Nokia Glam Me adds main camera support and improved adjustments

Published by at

Nokia has updated its self-portrait photo improvement app, Glam Me, to version 1.5.5.12. The new version adds support for using the main camera, increases the resolution of produced photos (now 1080p), and adds smart light mode that "enhances the light quality" when using the front facing camera). These changes all help you get a better initial photo, but the secret sauce of Glam Me is really in the adjustments and filters that can be applied, so it's good to see that these have been updated too.

In the new version the previous "eyes" adjustment has been divided into "enlarge eyes" and "enhance eyes", and two new adjustments, "slim" and "smile" have been added. The first of these slims the bottom portion of face (giving a more pointed chin), while the second will turn a frown into a smile (upturned mouth). In addition there are a number of new filters (vintage poster, fantastic, pop, dreamscape, light, and sweet), giving a greater range of creative options.
