The Nokia Lumia 1020 is now available to pre-order in the UK. Consumer have a choice between the 64GB edition, which is exclusive to the operator O2, and the standard 32GB edition, which is available to pre-order on Vodafone, Orange, EE and SIM free (from £550). All pre-orders are expected to ship in the last week of September.

As a special offer, UK pre-orders, made between now and the 25th September, will receive a free accessory bundle consisting of a Wireless Charging Pad (DT-900), Wireless Charging Cover (CC-3066), Camera Grip (PD-95G), and Tripod (KVRM90). The accessory bundle, which has a total retail value of around £150, is dependent on stock availability and may not be available though all retailers.

O2 pre-orders (Lumia 1020 64GB)

The Lumia 1020 64GB edition can now be pre-ordered through the O2 webite. The smartphone is available on a range of O2 Refresh tariffs. With the Refresh tariffs you choose what airtime plan you need (£12 to £27 per month) and match it with a phone plan that consists of an up front fee and 24 monthly payments.

In the case of the Lumia 1020 the phone plan includes options for no up front fee (£25 per month), £99 up front (£20 per month), £279.99 up front (£15 per month), £399.99 (£10 per month), and £639.99 up front (£0 per month). Therefore the lowest monthly cost for a phone, with no up front fee, is £32 per month (600 minutes calls, unlimited text, 750MB data).

Carphone Warehouse pre-orders (Lumia 1020 64GB)

Carphone Warehouse are also accepting pre-order of the 64GB edition of the Lumia 1020 on O2. Contract prices start at £32 per month (£99.99 up front fee), with an alternative option being a £42 per month contract and no up front fee. The O2 pricing for the 64GB version of the Lumia 1020 is about the same as other network's pricing for the standard 32GB version of the Lumia 1020.

Phones 4u pre-orders (Lumia 1020 32GB)

Phones 4u are offering pre-orders on the standard (32GB) version of the Lumia 1020 on Vodafone, EE, and Orange. Contract prices start at £36 per month (£79 up front fee), but the handset is also being offered at £46 per month with no up front fee.

Phone 4u, along with other UK retailers, are offering a free accessory bundle with all Lumia 1020 orders (while stocks last). In addition Phone 4u are offering a free wireless speaker with any pre-order on any 4G plan, and six months free subscription to the Netflix service.

Lumia 1020 32GB SIM-free (from £549.98)

Clove Technology, a UK retailer, are now offering pre-orders on a UK SIM-free Nokia Lumia 1020, priced at £588. Expansys, another well known online UK retailer, are also offering pre-orders on the Lumia 1020, with a price of £599.

However, the lowest SIM-free pre-order price we've been able to find is unlocked-mobiles.com, who are accepting pre-orders at a price of £549.98. However, it is not clear whether the accessory bundle will be included with devices from unlocked-mobiles.com.
