Replay mode and improved Airbus A380 come to Infinite Flight

Published by at

The team at Flying Development Studios continue to release updates and improvements to Infinite Flight, the flight simulator for Windows Phone (and also available on iOS). The updated version continues a number of improvements around one aircraft - the Airbus A380 - with multiple liveries, full animation of the control surfaces and other areas; it also brings in a 'camera replay' mode so you can see your greatest aviation moments moments after completing them.

From their blog post:

We are proud to announce that the latest update for Infinite Flight has been approved and should be available for download very soon. This is a small update containing a completely re-designed and fully animated Airbus A380-800. This aircraft remains free and is released with the following 10 liveries:

  • Air France
  • Korean Air
  • Qantas
  • Singapore Airlines
  • Lufthansa
  • Emirates
  • Bristish Airways
  • Thai Airways
  • Malaysia Airlines
  • Unmarked

We also fixed a few bugs including but not limited to: Fixed issues with the content updating system Fixed onboard camera views for the Boeing 787. Windows Phone users also get the replay feature from the previous update that was only published to iOS users.

If you were to compare the earlier versions of Infinite Flight to this version, you would see the huge amount of extra work that the team have done, including the virtual cockpit allowing you to look around while flying (handing in the smaller aircraft when doing a visual flight rules circuit).
