Grover Pro gets FCU, latest OneDrive, and show note hyperlink support

Since I last featured Grover Pro here on AAWP, back in April, it has been updated with support for the very latest Fall Creators Update SDK, including more Fluent Design cues, better OneDrive sync support, and improved notifications.

Here's the summarised changelog (for v1.6.2) for this popular app since April:

  • New UI based on the Fluent Design.
  • Updated to the Fall Creators SDK.
  • Added support to links and images at the episodes details.
  • Sync functionality updated to the newest OneDrive SDK.
  • Added double click support to go full screen on video mode.
  • Improved episode notification.
  • Added support to italian language.
  • UX Improvements.
  • Bug fixes.
  • Improved episode details view.
  • Improved speed rate controls.

Good stuff and this continues to be the podcatcher I recommend the most on Windows 10 Mobile. Here's the new v1.6.2 in action on my Lumia 950 XL:

Lots of Fluent Design elements, but still no support on the hamburger menu - I'm sure this is coming, though.

Swipe to one side on the Now Playing pane for show notes and - if provided by the podcast - hyperlinks!

OneDrive sync is now fully compliant with the Fall Creators Update APIs too, and utterly reliable; (right) the new playback speed control slider, tap the left icon to return to 1x quickly.

As ever, you can buy Grover Pro here in the Store - it's well worth the couple of pounds. Right now it's the most fully featured UWP podcatcher on Windows 10.
